Payment Our preferred method of payment is through PAYPAL. To pay via PayPal, log into your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/. Click on the Send Money tab, enter or copy this email address (payments@thomsonminerals.com) into the email address field, and enter the US dollar or GBP Sterling “Amount”. For “Type”, select “Goods (other)”. Shipping Once I receive your payment, I'll package up the specimen(s) and send them via the Postal Service or carrier, as agreed. Please note that cheques need to clear before item sent out. Cheques in GBP sterling ONLY. All established customer’s orders would be filled immediately upon receipt of payment. Returns If you receive anything that you do not want to keep you have a 15-day return period. If it arrives and it is not as described or you just hate it on sight, please let me know immediately and send it straight back to me. Once I have received the specimen in the condition that it was sent, I'll return your money, less any costs (this includes paypal fees that I am charged). All specimens are mounted in acryllic boxes by mineral tack (removable)or occasionally permanently mounted with glue on pedestals. Each specimen is carefully packed for transit with tissue inside the box(if appropriate for the specimen) and padded outside. All are labelled. Shipping cost For parcels under 0.3kg: If you live in the United Kingdom there will be a £2.00 s/h charge for all package weights up to 0.3kg. (First Class Standard Service) If you live in the United States/Worldwide there will be a $7 s/h charge for all package weights up to 0.3kg. (Air Economy Service 3-7days delivery) If you live in Europe (EEC) there will be a 4 € s/h charge for all package weights up to 0.3kg. (Air Economy Service 3-7days delivery) Parcels over 0.3kg will be charged at cost: UK +£0.50 per 100g to 2.0kg then Price on Application USA/Worldwide +$0.50 per 20g to 2.0kg then Price on Application Europe +0.35 € per 20g to 2.0kg then Price on Application All costs in US$ and € are approximate, but are calculated and paid for as GPB £ (sterling).
